We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Noend.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders placed during promotional periods such as Black Friday or special sales may be eligible for exchange only.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Shipping & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Noend Men is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
