Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Orders placed during promotional periods such as Black Friday or special sales may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but later lost or stolen are not the responsibility of Noend Men.
For international orders, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Start a Return
To request a return, please log into your account and select your order.
You will be asked to submit your return request for approval. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returned items must be in original condition with packaging and tags attached.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
